• REMOTE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

  My whole experience with 2b2d was "top shelf." I interviewed five or six local web designers in the Jackson Hole area before you. Those people just gave me a partial quote in my search and execution of trying to get something designed and [...] on the web. They did not help me understand the entire process ......... getting a domain name, linking it correctly etc - let alone designing my web page. All I got were different, incomplete price quotes, and I left feeling completely overwhelmed and confused as to what I was trying to do.
  
  In this technology "revolution" you not only made me understand the whole picture, but really gave me excellent advice as to what was needed, and guided me effortlessly through the necessary steps. Your company was the only one that told me all of the steps that are critical in having a web page work correctly and best part, you did all the work for me. You were the only one to show me accurate estimates on all the costs included in making this complete. The whole process from start to finish went quickly, and we did it all through email and a few phone calls three states away. You made the whole process so easy for me all I needed to do was pick and choose. You helped me get domain name, link my web page so that people can actually find me, and your creative design and format for my photography business really blew me away.   Did we communicate well?

  The 2b Design team has consistantly and clearly communicated via internet, telephone and face-to-face consultation. They have provided me with a project date for completion, payment, as well as building in addition time for changes and additions to my web page lagecarlson.com.

  Did we listen to what you needed?

  It is fairly difficult for a newcomer like me to learn the various names of things and what they do on my web page. Darryl and Erica have always been patient with my ignorance and keen to listen to my requests even when I was unsure what I wanted or rather how to ask for it.

  Were we able to deliver as promised?

  I have been very pleased with my custom-designed web page and the efficient relatively short time required to complete it. A schedule of delivery was established for the completion of various components and the deadlines were met well in advance.

  Did our technical expertise stand up to how we portrayed it?

  Erica is the design expert and Darryl is the technical person. Darryl has consistently provided my website with outstanding technical features. The website has evolved from the initial 2007 website with a change in components for the 2010 website. Next year there will be an additional component of video to the site. Each of the changes required technical changes. Each of these changes were made with excellent results.

  Was the experience a good one?

  Yes! The experience has been great!
